These terms apply to your use of the e-vastum app during its beta period. By using the app, you agree to them.
The beta
e-vastum is offered as a beta, without any account or sign-up. It is provided for informational purposes: to help you recognise electrical and electronic devices and understand how their materials can be recovered.
Estimates are not offers
Any material value shown in the app is an estimate of the value of recoverable materials. It is not a purchase offer, a valuation, or a guarantee of any price. See the Measurement Methodology for how estimates are produced.
Disposal information
Where the app helps you find nearby collection points, results may come from third-party map services and are not verified by e-vastum. Always hand devices only to environmentally-licensed facilities and follow local rules for electrical and electronic waste.
Your data
Your saved device inventory stays on your device. We do not hold an account for you. See the Privacy Policy for details, and Data Deletion for how to remove your data.
Acceptable use
Please use the app lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or misuse the service.
As-is; no warranty
As a beta, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Information and estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, e-vastum is not liable for decisions made based on the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the effective date above will change accordingly.

Beta
e-vastum, herhangi bir hesap veya kayıt olmadan beta olarak sunulur. Bilgilendirme amaçlıdır: elektrikli ve elektronik cihazları tanımanıza ve malzemelerinin nasıl geri kazanılabileceğini anlamanıza yardımcı olur.
Tahminler teklif değildir
Uygulamada gösterilen herhangi bir malzeme değeri, geri kazanılabilir malzemelerin değerine ilişkin bir tahmindir. Alım teklifi, değerleme veya herhangi bir fiyat garantisi değildir. Tahminlerin nasıl üretildiği için Ölçüm Yöntemi sayfasına bakın.
Bertaraf bilgisi
Uygulama yakındaki getirme merkezlerini bulmanıza yardımcı olduğunda, sonuçlar üçüncü taraf harita servislerinden gelebilir ve e-vastum tarafından doğrulanmaz. Cihazları yalnızca çevre-lisanslı tesislere teslim edin ve elektrikli/elektronik atıklar için yerel kurallara uyun.
Verileriniz
Kaydettiğiniz cihaz envanteri cihazınızda kalır. Sizin için bir hesap tutmayız. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası, verilerinizi kaldırmak için Veri Silme sayfasına bakın.
Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Lütfen uygulamayı hukuka uygun kullanın; hizmeti bozmaya, tersine mühendislik yapmaya veya kötüye kullanmaya çalışmayın.
Olduğu gibi; garanti yok
Bir beta olarak uygulama, herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur. Bilgiler ve tahminler eksik veya hatalı olabilir. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, e-vastum uygulamaya dayanılarak alınan kararlardan sorumlu değildir.
Değişiklikler
Bu koşullar güncellenebilir; yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihi buna göre değişir.
